      • Delivery is kerbside, with drivers positioning the product as conveniently as possible. Small flatbed trucks are used for standard deliveries, while larger products may require an 18T truck with a crane.
      • Items are packed in weatherproof wrapping for protection and will be okay to be left for a while, however, we recommend moving it as soon as you can.

Please note that if faults are not reported within three months of delivery, any replacement parts will be chargeable.
