  • Quality Construction: The Shire Grizedale Log Cabin is built with 28mm thick logs, offering excellent insulation and durability. The roof and floor are crafted from 15mm tongue and groove (T&G) boards, known for their robustness and stability.

  • Secure and Functional: The cabin features a joinery door with a lever handle, measuring 1421mm wide by 1805mm high. It is equipped with a mortice lock, providing security and peace of mind.

  • Natural Light: The cabin includes one joinery window, sized at 634mm wide by 805mm high, allowing natural light to brighten the interior. The window is glazed with glass, ensuring clarity and additional insulation. An optional side window (W4S), measuring 805mm x 634mm, is available to further enhance lighting and ventilation.

  • Delivery Information:

      • Deliveries are typically made between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday.
      • You can select your preferred delivery day and track it online.
      • Delivery is kerbside, with drivers positioning the product as conveniently as possible. Small flatbed trucks are used for standard deliveries, while larger products may require an 18T truck with a crane.
      • Items are packed in weatherproof wrapping for protection and will be okay to be left for a while, however, we recommend moving it as soon as you can.
    • Free Delivery: We strive to provide free delivery nationwide, but it may not be feasible for certain postcodes. Examples of postcodes that may incur an additional cost include:

Returns:

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: We kindly ask that customers thoroughly inspect their building upon delivery and note any faults on the consignment note. This ensures that any issues can be promptly flagged to our Customer Service Department, who will arrange for replacement parts as necessary. Please note that if faults are not reported within three months of delivery, any replacement parts will be chargeable.
  • Golden Rules of Maintenance: Along with your delivery, you will receive our Golden Rules of Maintenance, which we expect to be followed should any issues arise in the future. These guidelines are essential to ensuring the longevity and proper care of your product.
