The ScandiFlames Bioethanol Fire Grate XL - 80cm with Burner and Logs is a freestanding fire grate with a bioethanol burner and decorative logs, designed to sit inside a traditional open fireplace, giving an old open fire or stove a new lease of life with clean-burning bioethanol and no flue to maintain.

It measures 76 x 13.9 x 35cm (W x H x D) and weighs 15kg, and is made from steel with a black finish. A 3.5-litre fuel capacity gives up to 7.5 hours of flame per fill and it produces up to 3.3kW of heat. The flame is around 45cm wide and its size can be adjusted to suit the mood. A minimum room size of 70m³ is recommended.

It needs no chimney, flue or electricity. It's a simple, stylish way to make an old fireplace the heart of the room again.
