Imagine a crisp winter's evening, the garden lights glowing, and three, four or five of you sharing the heat of a proper Finnish-style sauna. The Polar Recovery Sauna Cube is an outdoor sauna made for sharing, with room for 3 to 5 people, L-shaped benches to stretch out on and a warm timber interior that invites you to stay a little longer. It's the kind of garden sauna that becomes a weekly ritual with family and friends.

The cabin is built from Finnish Thermowood, timber that has been heat-treated to reduce its moisture content, so it keeps heat in very well without added insulation. Walls are 45mm thick, the L-shaped benches are alder, the door is tempered glass and the roof is finished in Katepal black. Inside it measures 200 x 196 x 140cm (H x W x D), with an internal volume of 5.5m³, heated by the supplied Harvia Vega 6kW electric heater. A bucket, ladle, thermometer and two head rests are included. Externally it measures 210 x 205 x 160cm.

Choose the Wooden Front, a timber front with a glass door for a more enclosed, traditional feel, or the Full Glass Front for a bright, open outlook over the garden. Both come with the Harvia Vega 6kW heater as standard. You won't need a three-phase supply, but the heater does need a dedicated 32A supply with an isolator switch or 32A commando socket, fitted by a qualified electrician. Build it on a solid, level base able to take 1,000kg, and treat the timber inside and out with a breathable, sauna-safe finish to protect it and validate the warranty: 2 years with professional installation, or 1 year if self-assembled.

Please note: the Harvia Vega 6kW electric heater is the standard heater with this sauna. The Harvia Spirit 6kW WiFi heater is available as an optional upgrade, but it needs extra wiring work by your electrician, so please check with them before choosing it.
