The Saltfire ST-X5 Bio-Ethanol Stove brings all of the iconic design of the Saltfire ST-X5 multi-fuel model into a clean, flueless burner that runs on bio-ethanol.
This version offers a real flame aesthetic without the need for a chimney, making it perfect for modern interiors, flats or rooms where you want warmth plus style without major installation work.
One of the most unique aspects of this model is its convertibility: the burner tray can be removed, allowing the same stove to be fitted with a wood or multi-fuel kit later if you decide to install a flue.
This stove’s heat output is designed to be modest at 1.5kW. It’s built to be more of a feature or a gentle background heater rather than a primary heat source. But even in this mode, it delivers a warm, realistic flame that adds charm and ambiance to your space. The design is highly efficient for bioethanol, and because there’s no flue required when using ethanol, installation is simpler and more flexible.
