The Saltfire Scout is a compact and highly efficient multi-fuel (or wood) stove designed for smaller living spaces, cabins, or installations where a modest heater is needed. With a nominal heat output of 4.1kW, it provides gentle warmth while maintaining a low profile.

Built from a robust, thick steel body with a cast-iron door and fire-brick lining, the Scout stove also includes heat shields at the rear and bottom, allowing it to be installed with minimal clearance to combustibles.

It supports an optional Direct Air kit, making it suitable for modern, airtight buildings, new builds or even compact living environments like boats or cabins.

The stove features an advanced air-wash system, which helps keep the viewing glass clean and clear, giving a good flame view despite its small size.

For cleaner combustion, it uses a clean-burn (after-burner) system that re-ignites unburned gases, which helps boost efficiency and reduce emissions.

Environmentally, the Scout is EcoDesign 2022 ready and DEFRA exempt, so it meets current UK emissions regulations for both wood and smokeless fuel.

It is a smaller stove, making it ideal for compact installations.
