    • We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, with delivery times depending on the product, your postcode, and courier availability.
    • Greenhouses, Sheds, and Door Canopies: Delivered within 2-4 working days.
    • Gazebos, Patio Covers, Carports & Conservatories: Delivered within 7 working days.
    • Orders placed after 11 am on Fridays are dispatched the following Monday.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Free shipping is available for most products to the majority of mainland UK postcodes.
    • Exceptions include certain postcodes in the Scottish Highlands (AB31-38, AB41-56, IV1-56, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH15-26, PH30-41, PH49-50).
    • Shipping to Northern Ireland is not available.

Returns:

  • Change of Mind:
    • You can return items within 45 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
    • Returns may incur an additional cost that will be taken out of your refund. We will confirm this upon receipt of a return request.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items:
    • Please inform us immediately if your product is faulty or damaged.
    • We may request photos or videos to expedite the resolution process.
    • Our customer service team will assist with resolving the issue or arranging a return.
    • Refunds are processed within 7 days after the item reaches our warehouse.
