Nova (4 Person) Infrared Sauna

Polar Recovery Nova 4 Person Infrared Sauna

Imagine winding down at the end of a busy week with the whole family, or a few friends, in the gentle warmth of your own sauna. The Polar Recovery Nova 4 Person Infrared Sauna is the largest model in the Nova range. It's a spacious hemlock cabin that brings the feel of a spa day into the home, with built-in Bluetooth speakers and multicoloured LED lighting so every session feels like your own.

Measuring 190cm high, 120cm wide and 180cm long, this 4 person infrared sauna has a generous interior for shared sessions. Its infrared carbon ceramic heating system warms the body directly instead of heating the air to extremes, with a temperature range of 30°C to 65°C set from the internal control panel. The cabin is made from ethically sourced, quality treated hemlock and arrives ready for self-assembly.

Because of its size, the Nova 4 needs more power than a standard plug can provide: it requires a 32A supply with a 32A commando socket, so plan for a qualified electrician to install the connection. It's an indoor infrared sauna for use inside the home only, and day-to-day care is as simple as wiping the interior after each session. For families and anyone who loves to share the experience, it's a home infrared sauna with real presence.
