Nova (1 Person) Infrared Sauna

Polar Recovery Nova 1 Person Infrared Sauna

Ten minutes, twenty, maybe thirty. Time passes differently in the soft, enveloping warmth of an infrared sauna. The Polar Recovery Nova 1 Person Infrared Sauna gives you that private space at home: a compact cabin for one where the day's tension melts away, your favourite playlist plays through the built-in speakers and the coloured lighting is set exactly how you like it.

Built from ethically sourced, quality treated hemlock, the Nova measures 190cm high, 98cm wide and 90cm long, so it fits neatly into a spare room, home gym or quiet corner of the house. Its 1600W infrared carbon ceramic heating system warms your body directly instead of heating the air to extremes, with a temperature range of 30°C to 65°C set from the internal control panel. It runs on a 220-240V AC supply and plugs into a standard wall socket, so you won't need to book an electrician.

The Nova is an indoor infrared sauna, designed for use inside the home only, and it arrives ready for straightforward self-assembly. Day-to-day care takes very little: wipe the interior after each session and clean the exterior now and then with a damp cloth, avoiding chemical cleaners on the wood. If you want an infrared sauna for home that's personal, peaceful and easy to live with, the Nova 1 is a lovely place to start.
