  • We will do everything we can to provide free nationwide shipping, but it may not be possible for some postcodes. These include (but are not limited to): HS, IV, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-80, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25, GY, JE, GX, BFPO, and all P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Method:

  • Curbside Delivery Only: Items will be delivered on a pallet. The driver may assist with moving the pallet closer, but this is not guaranteed and must be negotiated directly with the driver. We recommend arranging help with moving large/heavy boxes.

Returns:

  • We offer a repair service if there are any issues with the product.

Return Window:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to return items.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as received. Returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer; we do not offer collection services.
  • Installed or used items can only be returned if they are faulty. Please thoroughly inspect your order after it arrives and get in touch with us right away if you find any damages.
