Easy Installation

Installing an In-Lite Outdoor Lighting set up is as beginner friendly as it gets, even the most novice DIYer's will have no trouble at all!

The system is designed around low-voltage lighting, which means there’s no complicated wiring or specialist electrical knowledge required. With clear instructions and a plug-and-play design, most components simply click together, making it easy to plan and position your lights exactly where you want them.

Once your layout is decided, installation is quick and tidy. The cables can be discreetly laid just beneath the surface, while the fittings are designed to slot neatly into the ground, walls or decking. Because everything works as a complete system, connecting the transformer and testing the lights is simple and stress-free.

Best of all, an in-lite lighting setup is easy to adjust or expand over time. Whether you want to add extra lights or tweak the layout, the flexible design allows you to make changes without starting from scratch!

Here is a step by step guide on getting your In-Lite lighting arrangement set up:

Step 1: Install the smart hub. This should be done in a sheltered dry place such as in a shed or under a canopy. If this is not possible, then install the transformer in the garden in combination with a smart hub protector.

Step 2: Roll out the inlight low voltage cables to all areas that need to be lit. It doesn't have to be buried deeply. A thin layer of soil is sufficient. Then strip the ends of the cables and simply place them in the smart hub.

Step 3: Place the fixtures in the garden according to your lighting plan.

Step 4: Connect each fixture to the main cable via the easy lock provided, you can easily connect them by twisting it shut. The easy lock is 100% safe and watertight.

Step 5 (Smart Hub Transformer required): download the Inlight app and set the schedules. A separate schedule can be set for every zone. You can choose to have them on at all times, to turn them on and off at specific times, or to switch them on at sunset.
