Accessories

The Firestorm Phoenix comes with all the kit needed to get you started as standard, but there are a few accessories that can be added to enhance your experience:

Mesh Guard:

The guard uses three bolts to install it into the base of the Phoenix. Very simple to install, and protects little ones and pets from wandering into the flame and hurting themselves. 

It comes in 2 different sizes, the 0.8m and 1.6m. The 1.6m comes as two 0.8m guards with a fixing kit to put them together.

Waterproof Cover:

The waterproof cover comes in one standard size that fits around the base piece. It can also fit around the 0.8m mesh guard, but not the 1.6m.

Make sure you wait until the base (and guard) have fully cooled before putting it on.

High Temperature Black Paint:

This is a spray paint for touching up any scratches or blemishes that appear over time. Deeper scratches will require a few coats of the paint.

Installation Process

Installing the Firestorm Phoenix is very simple and will take you around 10-15 minutes to complete. Here is our step by step guide on how to do it:

Lighting Your Heater

Lighting the Firestorm Phoenix takes around 15-20 minutes before it is in full effect. Your Phoenix will come with 5kg of pellets as standard, which will give you approx. 2 hours of heating time.

Cleaning After Use

After using the Firestorm Phoenix Heater, the glass tube will have accumulated soot and will look dirty. But fear not, this is extremely easy to clean off with the tools included with your Firestorm Phoenix as standard.
