The EP03 takes everything that made the EP02 worth buying and brings it back to the countertop - smaller footprint, same serious performance. At 500x580mm and 400mm tall, it fits comfortably in an outdoor kitchen, on a patio table, or anywhere you need a capable oven without dedicating significant space to it. Plug it in and it's ready. That's the whole setup.

The 2.0kW dual heating element system - upper and lower - drives the chamber to 400°C, which is where stone-baked pizza actually happens. Independent temperature controls for the chamber and the stone mean you're not locked into one setting for everything - dial in the base separately from the top heat and get the result you're after rather than hoping the middle ground works. The illuminated chamber and ceramic viewing window in the removable stainless steel door let you watch the cook develop without letting the heat out, and the 325x325mm stone lifts out cleanly when it's time for maintenance.

The oak-effect aluminium legs give it a finish that sits naturally in an outdoor setting rather than looking purely functional, and the optional rain and dust cover means it can live outside without suffering for it. Pizzas up to 12", results in 90-120 seconds, and a form factor that earns its place on any outdoor kitchen worktop.
