Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: Approximately 3 weeks. If this changes, then we will notify you ASAP.
  • Delivery Fees: Additional fees may apply based on delivery area. We will do our best to keep delivery fees free, or as close to free as possible. If there will be an additional delivery fee, then we will get in touch to let you know before dispatch.
  • Delivery Method: Hi-ab service for unloading as close as possible.

Returns:

Standard Models:

  • Return Window: You have 14 days after delivery to send written confirmation that you would like to return your item.
  • Condition for Returns:
    • Must be in original packaging, complete, and undamaged.
    • Unused with no packaging/stickers removed (exceptions for defective items).
  • Return Process:
    • Provide written confirmation within 14 days to us that you want to return your item. 
    • We will then get back to you with the next steps.
    • Please note that you may be liable to pay the transportation costs back to the warehouse.
  • Refund Timeline: Processed within 30 days. Note that no transportation costs will be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Quality windows and doors.
  • Quality bitumen tiles (returnable only in original packaging).

Bespoke Models:

  • Up to 40% is able to be refunded.

Amazing Service And Lovely Pod

I recently bought a Eurovudas 4x7 garden glamping pod for my cottage and couldn't be happier. Robin was so attentive, his customer service skills were incredibly compared to some of the companies I spoke to. He even offered advice on interior design and installation for it which was very helpful. He really made sure that we were happy and well taken care of, I jknow they're a family business which is why I assume the quality is a lot higher than most other businesses in the same industry. Of course its a hefty purchase but when I need something else, I will DEFINITELY buy it through DIY Garden Homes again, and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks Robin & Team, I am off to enjoy my glamping pod with a glass of prossecco. ;)
