Shipping:

  • Delivery Method: Hi-ab service for unloading as close as possible.

Returns:

Standard Models:

  • Return Window: You have 14 days after delivery to send written confirmation that you would like to return your item.
  • Condition for Returns:
    • Must be in original packaging, complete, and undamaged.
    • Unused with no packaging/stickers removed (exceptions for defective items).
  • Return Process:
    • Provide written confirmation within 14 days to us that you want to return your item. 
    • We will then get back to you with the next steps.
    • Please note that you may be liable to pay the transportation costs back to the warehouse.
  • Refund Timeline: Processed within 30 days. Note that no transportation costs will be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Quality windows and doors.
  • Quality bitumen tiles (returnable only in original packaging).
