Built from high-quality 44mm interlocking timber, the cabin’s double-glazed doors and windows ensure a well-insulated space. For year-round comfort, optional roof insulation and a small heater can transform this cabin into the perfect garden office, guest room, or family retreat.

Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: Approximately 3 weeks. If this changes, then we will notify you ASAP.
  • Delivery Fees: Additional fees may apply based on delivery area. We will do our best to keep delivery fees free, or as close to free as possible. If there will be an additional delivery fee, then we will get in touch to let you know before dispatch.
  • Delivery Method: Hi-ab service for unloading as close as possible.

Returns:

Standard Models:

  • Return Window: You have 14 days after delivery to send written confirmation that you would like to return your item.
  • Condition for Returns:
    • Must be in original packaging, complete, and undamaged.
    • Unused with no packaging/stickers removed (exceptions for defective items).
  • Return Process:
    • Provide written confirmation within 14 days to us that you want to return your item. 
    • We will then get back to you with the next steps.
    • Please note that you may be liable to pay the transportation costs back to the warehouse.
  • Refund Timeline: Processed within 30 days. Note that no transportation costs will be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Quality windows and doors.
  • Quality bitumen tiles (returnable only in original packaging).

Bespoke Models:

  • Up to 40% is able to be refunded.

If you decide to purchase your garden building with us, then we will act on your behalf by organising the timing of the installation with the delivery of the building materials.
