Elite Ice Bath

Polar Recovery Elite Ice Bath

Some mornings call for a cold plunge before anything else. The Polar Recovery Elite Ice Bath is a portable ice bath built for that habit: an upright, round tub with a compact 90cm footprint that fits neatly on a patio, in a home gym or by the back door. Step in, sit down, breathe slowly and let the cold do its work. It's made for regular cold plungers and athletes who want recovery to be part of the daily routine, not a special occasion.

Standing 80cm tall and holding 450 litres, the Elite comfortably fits users up to 6ft 7in. Its 5cm thick walls are made from fibreglass-reinforced, skin-friendly PVC, so the tub keeps its shape once inflated, and it's ready to use in under 10 minutes with the high-pressure foot pump supplied. A cover is included to keep insects and debris out, the Easy Flow drainage system makes emptying easy, and when the seasons change the whole tub deflates and packs into its carry bag.

Choose Bath Only if you're happy to chill the water with ice, or add the Mini Chiller for an inflatable ice bath with chiller that brings the water down to 3°C. You control it over WiFi from your phone, and ozone filtration is built in. With a chiller's filtration running, you can go from changing the water about every 10 days to as long as 30 days between changes, which makes the Elite an easy cold plunge tub for home to live with day to day.
