It's a handcrafted barrel of Finnish Thermowood that lets you take the cold plunge outdoors all year round, without the clinical look of a plastic tub. Climb the wooden steps, lower yourself in and let the cold wake you up. Whether it stands beside a sauna or on its own, it turns a corner of the garden into a proper recovery space.

Externally the Cyclone measures 100cm across and 100cm high, with a generous 90cm internal diameter and 90cm internal height. Thick foam insulation helps hold the temperature, an internal LED light adds a soft glow to early-morning and evening plunges, and the 3.5 inch insulated all-weather lid keeps the water clean and cold between sessions. It's suitable for indoor or outdoor use, takes a 220-240V AC supply and arrives for self-assembly. Filling or draining with a hose takes about 10 minutes, and re-treating the timber every six months will keep it looking its best.

The Mini Chiller package is ideal for personal use: it keeps the water at a steady 3°C and comes with the pipework and pipe insulation. The Commercial Chiller package is built for continuous use, cools to 3°C and can also heat the water. Two chiller valves are built into the tub, so connecting a wooden ice bath with chiller is simple.
