The adjustable parrilla grill grate sits above a brasero where wood or charcoal forms glowing embers that deliver steady, controllable heat. Raise or lower the grate to change the intensity. The V-shaped grill bars channel fat efficiently into the drip tray below, keeping flare-ups to a minimum while the drippings collect for basting or disposal. A pull-out wood drawer lets you add fuel mid-cook without disturbing what's on the grill, and the integrated ash tray keeps the brasero clean without interrupting service. Pedro handles up to 12 people across its 64x44.5cm grill surface, and it's as good for slow-smoking as it is for a fast sear.
