The countertop gives you real prep and serving space, and an integrated herb/storage tray keeps everything organised without cluttering the work surface. Wood storage sits underneath, so fuel is always within reach, and the removable ash pot means cleanup between sessions takes about two minutes. The layout is configurable - countertop can sit to the left or right depending on your space.
