The E-Carlo is the Carlo's plug-in sibling and the answer to every balcony ban on open flames. Same compact footprint, same grill surface, same cheerful personality - but powered by electricity, not charcoal.

It comes in Paris Green, Barbecook Red, and Midnight Grey, and it's ready to grill in under five minutes from switch-on. The three-level heat dial gives you enough control to sear or slow-cook without any guesswork.

The raised-edge grill keeps everything neat and contained, and four rubber feet protect whatever surface you're cooking on. When you're done, the grill and grease tray pop straight into the dishwasher — the hinged electrodes fold aside to make access easy, no tools required. The 1.5m cable gives you genuine flexibility about where it sits, and the carry bag means it travels just as well as the charcoal version.

It's also upgradeable - the enamelled cast iron contact plate (sold separately) turns it into a proper plancha for fish, gambas, and everything else that benefits from a flat surface. Great on a city balcony, great at the office BBQ, great anywhere fire isn't on the menu.
