  • Telluria products purpose made and are shipped from their warehouse in Belgium using an exceptional distributor. Because of this, returns incur a 50% restocking fee plus return transport costs to Belgium. 

Return Conditions:

  • We do not accept returns if the pallet has been opened.
  • Any damages or missing items must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. Photographs are required for any damage claims, especially if the pallet is damaged during transit.
