  • Free Delivery: We offer free delivery to mainland UK. While we aim to provide free delivery nationwide, some postcodes may incur additional charges. If your postcode requires an extra fee, your order will be placed on hold, and we’ll contact you with a quote. You can then decide to proceed or cancel the order.

  • Postcodes We Cannot Service:

  • Delivery Estimates: We aim to deliver all products within 30 days, subject to stock availability. If delays occur, we will notify you with a new estimated delivery date.
  • Delivery Details:
    • Our standard delivery is kerbside, Monday to Friday. A Saturday delivery may be arranged for an additional charge. A signature will usually be required upon delivery.
    • If no one is available to receive the delivery, we can arrange to leave it in a designated area with prior authorisation. Without such arrangements, the driver may leave the product in a safe location at their discretion, and we accept no liability for any resulting damage.
  • Additional Delivery Attempts: If delivery cannot be completed and the goods are returned to the warehouse, a further charge will apply for a second delivery. If the order is canceled after an attempted delivery, a fee of up to £1/kg may be incurred.

Returns:

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, you are entitled to a return.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind or decide to return the item after inspecting the delivery, the product must remain in its original packaging, and no attempt to assemble it should be made. In such cases, a deduction for collection will usually apply.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact Us: When you request a return, we will discuss the reason for your return. If parts are missing or the item is damaged, we will first offer replacement parts.
  2. Assembly Issues: If you are experiencing difficulties assembling the product, we will provide assistance to help complete the assembly.
  3. Return Conditions:
    • Returns are not accepted if the item has been assembled or if the original packaging is missing, the item has not been kept dry, or is otherwise unfit for transport.
    • If a collection is arranged and the product shows signs of assembly or is not in a suitable condition for transport, the driver may refuse to collect it.
    • If you change your mind after opening the packaging and the above conditions are met, we will collect the item, but you will be charged for both outward and return freight, plus a contribution to repackaging costs. Return carriage charges are waived only if the product is proven to be faulty.
  4. Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse before a refund is issued to make sure they meet the above standards. If they don’t then your refund may be refused.

If missing or damaged parts were reported and replacements provided, the product will be considered in perfect condition after the replacements are accepted.
