      • Delivery is kerbside, with drivers positioning the product as conveniently as possible. Small flatbed trucks are used for standard deliveries, while larger products may require an 18T truck with a crane.
      • Items are packed in weatherproof wrapping for protection and will be okay to be left for a while, however, we recommend moving it as soon as you can.

Returns:

This ensures that any issues can be promptly flagged to our Customer Service Department, who will arrange for replacement parts as necessary. Please note that if faults are not reported within three months of delivery, any replacement parts will be chargeable.
  • Golden Rules of Maintenance: Along with your delivery, you will receive our Golden Rules of Maintenance, which we expect to be followed should any issues arise in the future. These guidelines are essential to ensuring the longevity and proper care of your product.
