Shipping:

  • Shipping Time: 4-6 weeks.
  • Free Shipping: We strive to offer free shipping nationwide, but in some cases, it may not be feasible, such as for offshore locations or postcodes that are difficult to access. If there is an additional shipping fee, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm the cost. Please feel free to get in touch beforehand if you would like to know any shipping costs.
  • Delivery Method: Curbside delivery only. 

Returns:

  • Telluria products purpose made and are shipped from their warehouse in Belgium using an exceptional distributor. Because of this, returns incur a 50% restocking fee plus return transport costs to Belgium. 

Return Conditions:

  • We do not accept returns if the pallet has been opened.
  • Any damages or missing items must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. Photographs are required for any damage claims, especially if the pallet is damaged during transit.

Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service. While we may not offer installation for every product, we will find the perfect installer for you.

Email the product(s) that you're interested in and your postcode to info@diygardenhomes.com, and we will do the heavy lifting of sourcing reputable installers and putting together a list of quotes for you.

If you decide to purchase your garden building with us, then we will act on your behalf by organising the timing of the installation with the delivery of the building materials.
